AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

3 classes in a row at that level is no joke. Brain-fried after each one...hahaha.

It is no doubt an inspiring experience though.
Some thoughts after the class.

• The emphasis in dance should be placed on the aspect on musicality after there is a stable technique foundation.
• Music forms the most basic aspect of dance. It is where the movements are inspired and created from.
• Dancing from the "inside" not at the mirror.
